I’ve finally dusted off my blog and want to say more than just a quick “hello” but currently, so much is going on but it’s so much the same throughout the weeks and months that is school, it’s hard to write.

I’m still struggling with balancing privacy/safety with wanting to share things with you, my friends (the few people who read this?) in my blog. I’m not good at anonymous because I like sharing photos.

Nursing school is intense. I made it through semester one with a B average- pretty damn awesome! I haven’t done this well in school in a while, it’s nice to be doing well and loving what I’m learning! We already have work due Monday– 14 pages worth that we’ve gotta get finished over our break. Pharmacology and Medical/Surgical 1&2 await, along with a lot more time in clinicals. I’ve worked a handful of times recently but after seeing my calendar for the next three months? It will be rare when I come up for air long enough to feel alive enough to squeeze in work.
Christmas was lovely, saw a lot of family, many friends.

The future? Well the future holds so many possibilities and opportunities, the big thing that I, and @tomboy_femme are often talking about is my moving back to Oregon.I left my heart in Oregon I have a handful of friends there, not to mention some of my happiest memories. Portland will be a new expirience but I’ll be happy to get back to the Oregon atmosphere.
I have so much more I want to say but the words are failing me tonight. Sorry this came out so dry and matter of factly. But there’s a lot to catch up on and hopefully a more fun post will come soon!
